Instruction on the consumer’s right of cancellation regarding the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g. e-book, software download)

Explanation of the right of withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. The following statements apply equally to entrepreneurs.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us through our Contact Form or at support@pushtube.shop, 2K Digital e.K., Alexander-Wiegand-Str. 19, 63911 Klingenberg by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail or post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content that is not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which is clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. The right of revocation expires prematurely if we have only started to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and at the same time have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of revocation when we begin to fulfill the contract. We would like to point out that we can make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.

The reasons you are eligible to get a refund

We’ll only offer you a complete or partial refund if we cannot fulfill your order due to issues with our system. We will not be able to offer refunds when your order is being processed or is already delivered. We are not able to offer services to those with accounts that are private Instagram profiles. The customer will not be eligible for a refund or chargeback in this situation. The customer will have to publish their information for the service instead of filing a claim.

You will not be able to get a refund if:

  • Your purchase has been delivered or is in progress.
  • Your behavior is disrespectful toward the customer support staff.
  • You are accountable for any damage or loss (e.g. private profile and not public)
